Well i used to work at pizza hut and i hated the pan crust to greasy. Love the Hand tossed %26amp; Thin.

How do you deal with an over whelming emotion?
lets says your angry, stressed, upset paranoid what ever...
how do you deal with it what ways im intrested in seeing peoples methods.. i eat untill i can not move(i am not fat im acctualy underwieght) like just now i ate a whole pizza and bout to drink tons... what do you do? fight, eat, cut, shout, get high?How do you deal with an over whelming emotion?
Well, it depends on the situation. For me, a lot of times I just push it back and hold it in but unfortunately at some point it's going to all come out. So, it usually explodes. I tend to have an strong tendency to hit or break something but I just usually just scream out my aggression...I always make sure I am alone when I do this. I don't want to look more crazy than I already am. Sometimes...if it's just something small I start reading a book...it helps calm me.

Take some Tums which may or may not help. There is nothing in a pizza that should cause any problems, even when undercooked. It might be coincidental that maybe you are just coming down with a stomach bug of some sort. Time will tell.

Does temperature of a food affect it's caloric potential?
I was just wondering this to myself: which has more calories, hot pizza or cold pizza? Or is temperature not a factor?
This idea came to me when i realized that calories are simply a measure of energy, and heat is a form of energy. So does temperature have any significance when dealing with the amount of energy one would get from a food?Does temperature of a food affect it's caloric potential?
The effect is negligible, as your body is keeping on average 60kgs water at a temperature of 20 degrees or more above ambient. That's a lot of energy from the food, so the calories lost to heat up a slice of cold pizza are relatively small. Remember that calories from food in the diet books are actually kilocalories!
not to mention the fact that food calories are chemical energy and have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH HEAT ENERGY

Well, I know it doesn't sound too apetizing, but carry around a bottle of water with you, and every time you crave some type of food, just start drinking it. It is hard at first, but it will quickly grow into a habit, which will help you. Plus, it's healthy!
Find a healthier alternative.
If you really need your chocolate fix or something go to your local health food store and buy vegan chocolate cupcakes/cake or something. As for ice cream, try sorbet. Cravings usually pass after 15 to 20 minutes though, so try to hold back!How can I deal with my monthly food cravings?
