Is cheese included in the price of a pizza?

If I'm ordering a pizza deal that offers 2 pizzas, 3 toppings each is cheese included as a topping or do you have to add it at most pizza joints?Is cheese included in the price of a pizza?

Well I've worked in 2 pizza places and the cheese and sauce comes with the pizza. It only counts as a topping if you ask for extra cheese.

OK, I'll try to explain. I work at Pizza Hut.

(These are not the correct weights/measurements for Pizza Hut as it is not public knowledge for me to give these out.)

When you order a cheese pizza you get 1/2 cup of cheese for bottom cheese and 1/2 cup of cheese for the top cheese and because it is just a cheese pizza you get 1cup of cheese for the topping.

When ordering a Pepperoni, Mushroom, and Onion pizza you get 1/2 cup of cheese for bottom cheese, 1/2 cup of cheese for the top cheese, and the three toppings.

If you ordered a Pepperoni, Mushroom, with extra Cheese you would get 1/2 cup cheese for the bottom, 1/2 cup cheese for the top cheese, Pepperoni, Mushroom, and 1/2 cup cheese for the third topping.

So answering your question bottom and top cheese should be included and they want to know what you want for the three toppings.

(As I said these are not the proper recipe for Pizza Hut!)
Unless you order extra cheese or a tomato pie or some other cheeseless pizza, it is included, not as a topping. You could order a pizza sans cheese and it would be the same price. Most pizzas are defined as having cheese and tomato sauce at the bare minimum.
