should they be allowed to use the word best like papa johns pizza you know better pizza papa johns? its not better in my book why do they use the word BEST? BEST BUY DOES NOT HAVE THE BEST DEALS.the word best can be misleading i eat a burger that was claimed to be the best in the south at blue ribbon diner it didn't come close but maybe close to the worst i hadTv comerials almost always claim they have the best car deals best burgers?
They can say 'Best' because the judgment of best is subjective. What I consider best, you may hate. There is no legal definition for 'best'. Caveat Emptor! (Buyer Beware).
