What is this deal about who has the best pit crew of the race or the Pizza Hut Favorite driver of the race?

It's a fan call in thing. Are they just fleecing Dale Jr. Fans? I have noticed he could be a lap down a lap, or more, and he still comes up as having one of the four top pit crews or the favorite driver. Remember: Standard messaging rates apply!

I have no part in that, but I don't agree with it either. It is fan vote, and Dale Jr has the most fans, therefore a lot of his fans just vote for him because there a fan, not because he has the fastest pit crew. Not hating, but they need to get rid of the fan vote and actually have a real battle for the fastest pit crew, because now it's just fan vote, so really the popular drivers excel in that, not the drivers that actually have the best pit crew.



I would love to be wrong if I am.
The bottom line is this...it's all about the $$$$. Good or bad or mediocre driver...doesn't matter..he brings in the $$$. The Sponsorship dollars.

He has always had a great pit crew...all the Hendrick drivers do. Well most of the others do as well...as good as they can get anyway. I don't know about this pizza hut fanship thing. Of course he is going to win, it doesn't mean much of anything as far as racing goes. It's the driver on the track...and the $$ that keep our sport going is what I care about.What is this deal about who has the best pit crew of the race or the Pizza Hut Favorite driver of the race?
