It depends where the pizza is coming from. If you make it, then it'd be healthier than from a pizzeria. They add other ingredients to make it taste better, and don't really care how many calories are in it. It can be very fattening. Is plain pizza really all that unhealthy?
The worst types of food are takeaways including Doner kebabs, pizzas, burgers, KFC, anything from McDonald's. Personally I never touch any of them on my doctor's and dietician's advice. Also watch out for fizzy drinks like Coca Cola. That and too much KFC made my friend diabetic. As far as fat is concerned it's the right type you need. You should never eat more than a piece of cheese the size of a matchbox in a day and there's more than that on a pizza.
It depends on what kind of pizza you’re eating and how often you eat. If you have been eating regular meaty and cheesy pizza every single day then it is definitely bad for your health. However, if you choose to eat vegetarian pizza from time to time then you don’t have to worry too much about the calories and the fat content. You are what you eat, right?
