If a guy's trying to lose weight & eats right during the week but eats a large pizza on saturday & on sunday..?

...is that a big deal

or should it be fine?



I'm 5' 11" 196

I'm trying to get down to 172, %26amp; maybe even as low as 165If a guy's trying to lose weight %26amp; eats right during the week but eats a large pizza on saturday %26amp; on sunday..?
Listen, for 20 days, don't eat anything except



-Sweet Potatoes

-Oatmeal

-Boiled egg whites

-Boiled meat or chicken breast

-Brown Bread

-Vegetables and Fruits



Work out and run everyday and you'll be 165 at that time

Pizza is FULL with fat
In that case, may I suggest that you eat three pieces of pizza on Saturday OR Sunday and share the rest of it with someone else.



Have a salad and a couple of pieces of fresh fruit if you are still hungry, or eat the fruit and veggies first to take the edge off.If a guy's trying to lose weight %26amp; eats right during the week but eats a large pizza on saturday %26amp; on sunday..?
It would be better and faster not to eat two big pizzas but you should still lose weight, you need to exercise off more calories than you eat
I think if you exercise and you watch your food intake during the week, a pizza once or twice a week will not be counter to your weight loss efforts.
a pizza has a ton of carbs, fats, and thousands of calories.. I love pizza but it's something you shouldn't be eating when on a diet.
Its fine. But make sure to have protein with it. Such as turkey or string cheese. And then on Monday or the same day you have to exercise more.
It's fine as you work out longer on Monday to lose all those extra calories.
That's unhealthy but you still get to lose some weight.
3,500 calories = 1 pound of fat (if not burned off).



Do the math.
That's like saving your money then going gambling and blow it all.
It depends on how much exercise you're doing.
your not going to lose weight doing that.
cut down on the junk food fat a*s.
nope wont work
