Pizza Hut Job Interview soon, any tips?

I have a Pizza Hut job interview coming up and would love to have some tips.

I'm dressing in some black dress pants and a button-up shirt.

Just a few questions about some of the things they will probably ask:

1) What would you do if you saw a co-worker stealing food/money?

- Is the best answer to tell your supervisor/manager right away? Or should you say you'd confront the person first?

2) How to deal with a customer who claim they got the wrong pizza, when you know for a fact you took their order correctly?

- Should you talk to your supervisor/manager and see if you can arrange a refund or free pizza?

Just looking for help with those two questions which I feel will probably come up.

Thanks!Pizza Hut Job Interview soon, any tips?
Tell them that if you saw someone stealing money you'd confront the person to let them know you saw them and then go to a supervisor. That way you're showing that you can deal with some situations yourself. Even though they tell you that if there's any problems contact your manager/supervisor they hate to see you coming and would like to hire someone with the initiative to handle some situations, be them tricky ones, themselves.

As for dealing with the customer, just say that you'd apologise to the customer, check their stub to see what exactly was ordered. Get in contact with the delivery person to see what exactly did they deliver. If you know you took the order right just apologise once again to the person and tell them that that is what they ordered. If they're really upset then you could offer them a refund but I'd say just go with coupons. That way it seems like you're helping them out but people very rarely use coupons, they tend to forget they have them.Pizza Hut Job Interview soon, any tips?
